Ultimately all stress is the product of our thinking. The more conscious we are of the thoughts in our mind, the more those thoughts slow down. Slowing our thinking reduces the stress we create in our lives. When thinking stops, we’re in the “flow”. When we’re in the “flow” we can trust the benefits of allowing spontaneous expression from a deeply centered and peaceful state. We don’t have stress when we’re in the “flow”. We can trust that whatever we’re inspired to say or do in that deeply centered and peaceful state is optimal.
