Win win creates unity

There is a win win solution to every problem.

Listening is required to identify win win solutions.

We need to have honest, civil discussions with the objective to both understand and be understood.

There are win win solutions for immigration, foreign policy, budget, education, regulations, health and more.

We need to be flexible and open minded to find and implement win win solutions.  We need to be willing to engage with people who disagree on the methods of achieving objectives we agree about.  Everyone wants to be more efficient, have a balanced budget, have a fair and honest immigration policy that works, etc.

The solution is not to defeat the opposition.  It is to find a way that lets everyone obtain their objective.  These solutions exist and are waiting for us to identify and implement them. This creates unity and benefits all.
