Healing Negativity Through Acceptance

Acceptance is the essential ingredient in all healing including healing negativity.

In our society today there is a great deal of blame and anger.  Inherent in the blame and anger is the belief others have control in our life.  While we may not relate to having control of external events, we do have control of how we respond to them.  We can tell ourselves, “ I made this important in my life to bring my strength, wisdom and resourcefulness to the surface.”


The more we accept the existence of negativity in our mind and externally, the more we can choose how to respond to the situation.  That freedom of choice heals negativity, at least in part.


Thinking creates our life.  I offer thought coaching to improve thinking and therefore life.
