Transitioning from identifying as being separate to identifying as being ONE

Any thought we accept as true that creates stress is not actually true.


The thought that we are alone or lonely is not an accurate thought and therefore creates suffering. The thought that we are ONE with God, all there is, creates an experience of peace and love. That’s how we know it’s an accurate thought.


Transitioning from the suffering of thinking we are separate to the peace of being ONE with God can be a challenge. The best way I’ve found of meeting this challenge is to adopt as many thoughts as possible that create the love and peace we all want to experience more of. Some of those thoughts are, “there is a win win solution to every problem”, “ I am love”, “I find joy in uplifting others”, “every act of kindness stands for all time”, “what’s true will win out in the end”, “What can I do to today to enrich my life and the lives of others?”.


Accepting and acting on thoughts that promote the experience we desire helps us transition from thinking of ourselves as being separate to thinking of ourselves as ONE being, God.
